Jean-Paul GriffonExecutive Director - Technical
Jean-Paul has 25 years of experience in the nuclear industry with a background in engineering, technology transfer, operations, maintenance, decommissioning, startup and testing and project management. During his recent assignment in Japan, he directed the technical support to the Rokkasho-mura Reprocessing Plant, placing him at the forefront of nuclear technologies transfer and operational deployment. Jean-Paul believes success is based on a clear vision of the future shared by the involved parties; he has a collaborative management style and always takes time to listen to his interlocutors. Jean-Paul is married with two grown-up sons. He and his wife Claire enjoy the outdoors, hiking, cycling and touring as well as reading, listening to various music and watching movies.
