Sylvain Esperou du TremblayExecutive Director - Technical
Sylvain has more than 23 years experience in the nuclear fuel cycle including, reprocessing, plutonium and liquid effluent treatment.
Educated at the Paris VI Jessieu University and the prestigious Ecole Supérieure de Chimie Organique et Minérale, Sylvain has strong technical expertise as well as an acute sense of nuclear safety.
He has led projects including the establishment of the “aging plan” for the La Hague reprocessing plant in northern France, aimed at increasing its operational life-time, and the Research of Test Reactors Fuel reprocessing implementation in La Hague’s UP3 plant.
