Sellafield
Occupying a four square kilometre area near Whitehaven in West Cumbria, Sellafield represents the most challenging nuclear site management programme in the world. Step foot outside the site and you're looking at stunning countryside – including ‘Britain’s Best View 2009’, at nearby Wastwater.
With the magnificent Lake District on your doorstep the opportunities for outdoor activities are incredibly varied - everything from walking and cycling to sailing and mountain climbing. You'll be joining an incredible 10,000 other members of our team here too, who've created a vibrant social network. Property prices are very reasonable, giving you the perfect chance to get your foot on the ladder.
Risley
Risley in Warrington is home to approximately 1,500 employees, most of whom are engaged on vital engineering and design related activities supporting our Sellafield site. Just a short commute away from Manchester and Liverpool, if you're after the big city life it's the perfect location.
Capenhurst
Our Capenhurst site is located near Ellesmere Port in Cheshire, adjacent to Urenco (the Uranium Enrichment Company), and has an area of 32 hectares covered by the nuclear site licence. Also a short commute from Manchester and Liverpool, the site currently employees around 120 people.
