Sellafield Ltd celebrates National Apprenticeship Week 2012
Sellafield Ltd is holding a number of activities to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2012 and to recognise its long-standing support of apprenticeship training.
We will kick-off our week of events by announcing who will deliver our apprenticeship training, following a recently held contract competition.
Our activities will be featured online at www.sellafieldsites.com and will include a daily update on stories, pictures and case studies from apprentices old and new.
An Apprentice Hall of Fame will also be launched on the website and will showcase photographs of apprentices past and present. This will be a virtual version of a larger exhibition that we are displaying on the Sellafield site.
George Beveridge, NMP Sponsored Deputy Managing Director for Sellafield Ltd, will also be getting involved,by hosting a lunch for apprentices. A number of whom will then find out more about George's working day as they shadow him.
National Apprentice week is being held from 6- 10 February 2012.
