Pre arranged visits are available to educational establishments, professional organisations and a variety of clubs and associations.

Pre arranged visits are restricted for people over 16 years of age and will include:-

• A presentation on the past, present and future operations of the Sellafield site
• An escorted tour of up to two Sellafield site operational facilities, providing a more in depth picture of site operations.

Visits last for approximately 4 hours, including lunch and are available only by prior arrangement.

Visits are available for groups of up to 20 in number.

Bookings and Information

Due to current security arrangements 6 weeks notice is required to arrange an escorted site tour.

Note: - Government policy may mean it is not possible for some foreign nationals to visit operational plants on the Sellafield site.
