We offer a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and don't confine you to your room. At Stanley House, we encourage you to make yourself at home. We have two comfortable sitting rooms with log fires, TVs DVD players and a Play Station. In the evenings you have full access to our plan kitchen and dining room if you'd like to make your own snacks or meals, and we even keep a well-stocked Open Larder with all the basic essentials you'll need!
If you'd prefer to eat out, Stanley House is within walking distance of some fine Inns in Boot or Eskdale Green. Our own sister property, The Woolpack, is nearby at the foot of Hardknott Pass and serves food all day.
Our 12 ensuite rooms are spacious and furnished to a high standard, with lovely views of our private gardens or the gentle steam trains of the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway. All rooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players.
The beautiful valley of Eskdale is in the heart of the Lake District National Park yet is easily accessed from Sellafield (20 minuite drive) and the main West Cumbria Business Parks.
Stanley House offers complimentary wifi and has private parking.
Bed and breakfast £64 per person per night in a double room for sole occupancy.
