Media Planning and Buying
As the recruitment advertising division of Feather Brooksbank, media expertise comes with
the territory. We plan and buy across all media and unlike many advertising agencies, we’re
completely media neutral: our only concern is getting your message in the most effective
place for it to be seen by your target audience.
At the planning stage, we devise optimal strategies and deliver against pre-agreed response
targets, both qualitative and quantitative. And when it comes to buying, as part of the
Aegis/Carat group, one of the world’s largest media groups, our superior purchasing power
enables us to negotiate harder on rates and positioning. It works. Last year, we were able to
give our clients over £3m back in savings.
Creative Services
Better media planning and buying is only one half of the story. Our creative work is award
winning and our artwork production is fast, accurate and professional. Working at a strategic
level, we ensure that an employer brand is developed, attracting both active and passive job
seekers. Adverts are designed to stand out using unusual shapes, sizes, colours and positioning
to attract attention. They are carefully written to catch the eye, engage the audience and
stimulate, even provoke a reaction. After all, if no one actually sees or reads your message,
why waste money putting it out there? In many cases, our copy actively screens unsuitable or
poorer quality candidates, thus ensuring a better quality, as well as quantity, of response.
