DGA services covers the three principle stages of a project namely ‘inception’, ‘delivery’ and ‘closure’. Our in-house experience covers both commercial and programming disciplines and these are required consistently throughout the life of a project. We are able to produce cost plans, bills of quantities, tender and contract programmes. We can provide tender documentation, undertake monthly valuations, procure sub-contract packages and produce monthly progress reports. We are also able to assess extensions of time, produce final accounts and undertake negotiations. We will act for our clients in adjudication, arbitration and litigation procedures and provide expert witness services for both quantum and programming issues.
The services we can provide cover all aspects from inception through delivery to closure.
We offer a personal service which comes naturally from a Company of our size. We have worked on a range of projects from £25,000 up to £500 million in value. Our structure provides the advantage of being able to react quickly and deliver the specific services which our clients request.
